What are the primary functions of the Supply Chain Services department?
Our primary function is order fullfillment which is comprised of order entry, order status, return material authorizations, customer setup, backorder reports and complaint management. We also collaborate with all parts of the organization to take customer feedback and bring positive changes in processes and systems to improve service. Finally, we support our inside sales and field sales groups with reports and customer information to support our wholesale partners as they win new business for the company.
